Redraft Amendment 23

Cultural Competency and Implicit Bias Training

Messrs. Gomez and Oliveira, Ms. Miranda and Mr. Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 6 the following section:-

“SECTION 6A. Section 5 of said chapter 15D, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “knowledge”, in line 27, the following words:- , including cultural competency and awareness of implicit bias.”.
