Operational grant recipients

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 11, by inserting in line 336 after the word, "needs." the following words:- The department shall publicly post on its website the amount of operational grants awarded, delineated by the name of each recipient and by the municipality the recipient is located in.”.

in section 4, by inserting after the word “”, in line 65, the following words:- “The department shall submit any proposed rate structure or sliding scale fee with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives not less than 60 days prior to implementation.”.
