Detailing the Plan and Implementation of the Act

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after the word "care." on line 25 the following:- "The department shall submit a report detailing the plan, including the projected time and staff required for its implementation, necessary for reporting to enable its progress and success to be measured, the estimated cost of the program, and potential sources of funding, not later than 120 days following the passage of this act."
