Annual Reporting Regarding Supply

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 458 after the words "needs" the following:- "Thereafter, the department  shall submit an annual report for the next 5 years with updates to the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives, the senate and house committees on ways and means and the joint committee on education".
