Maximizing Federal Reimbursement

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end of line 25 the following:-

"(g) the department shall seek to maximize reimbursement from federal and other sources to the greatest feasible extent in the development of the plan."
