Reporting to the House and Senate Clerks

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by adding at the end of line 138 the following:-

"Provided that the department shall file a report with the clerks of the House and Senate not less than annually, detailing the estimated cost of such a program or revision not less than 60 days prior to its implementation, and, for program elements being continued, the costs and funding sources thereof."
