Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section __ the following new section:-

"SECTION _. Not later than 1 year after the effective date of this act, the Department of Early Education and Care Shall develop and electronically and publicly accessible database of licensed child care providers in the Commonwealth and the available capacity of each provider."
