Tax credit for employer-supported early education and care benefits

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 445 after the word "care" the following:- "(vii) developing a tax credit for employers that provide employer-supported early education and care benefits to employees".
