Costs and other reporting

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking the word "and" in line 334 and inserting after the word "needs" in line 336 the following:- ", and (ix) the total cost, sources of funding, opportunities to increase federal reimbursement, sustainability of the program as currently constituted, and opportunities to realize cost savings or efficiencies."
