Messrs. Cronin and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 7, by striking out, in line 107, the figure "14" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “15”; and in said section 7, by inserting after the word “Inc.”, in line 120, the second time it appears, the following words:- “, 1 of whom shall be appointed by the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, Inc.”.
