Mr. Pacheco moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 14, by inserting after the word “opportunities”, in line 419, the first time it appears, the following words:- “, including, but not limited to, education and workforce corps in the area of early education and care, as part of a curriculum-based service-learning program”.
