Ensuring the protection of adults who report graphic images

Mr. Lewis moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 7, by inserting after the word “section”, in line 170, the following:-  “; provided, that distribution made in the public interest, including the reporting of unlawful conduct under this chapter, by a law enforcement agency, the department of elementary and secondary education, a parent, foster parent or guardian or a teacher, principal or other relevant school personnel shall not constitute dissemination in violation of this chapter”.
