Coercive Control Statute on Limitations

Messrs. Moore and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-  

SECTION__.  Section 63 of Chapter 277 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the word “sections” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- clause (iii) of subsection (b) of section 13A, sections 13M,.
