Watermarking of Digitized Content

Mr. Finegold moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 6, in the definition of "digitization" by inserting at the end thereof the following words:- "; provided, however, that visual material containing a watermark or other indicator of digital content provenance which depicts an identifiable person shall be considered digitized for the purposes of this section".
