Sext Material

Ms. Edwards, Mr. Cyr, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Gomez move that the proposed new text be amended in section 6, in line 118, by adding the following definition:-

“Sext Material”, written sexually obscene private conversation, content, or screenshot between adults where the individuals are identifiable; and

In line 116 after the word video the following word be inserted:- , screenshot
