Safeguarding Sensitive Information

Messrs. Moore, O'Connor and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 4, by striking out clause H and inserting in place thereof the following clause:- “(H) threatening to publish sensitive personal information relating to the family or household member, including sexually explicit images of the family or household member; or”.
