Pretrial Probation

Mr. Payano and Ms. Edwards move that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, by inserting after the word “probation”, in line 56, the following words:- “upon a showing that failure to proceed with the prosecution would result in the substantial likelihood of serious harm to a member of the community”.
