Transitional Escrow Fund subject to appropriation

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by striking in line 191-192 the words, "Such expenditures shall not be subject to appropriation," and inserting in place thereof the following:-"Such expenditures shall be subject to appropriation";

By striking in line 198-199 the words, "Such expenditures shall not be subject to appropriation," and inserting in place thereof the following:- "Such expenditures shall be subject to appropriation";

By striking in line 205-206 the words, "Such expenditures shall not be subject to appropriation," and inserting in place thereof the following:-"Such expenditures shall be subject to appropriation"; and

By striking in line 212-213 the words, "Such expenditures shall not be subject to appropriation," and inserting in place thereof the following:-"Such expenditures shall be subject to appropriation".
