Transmission of reports to federal delegation

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Moore and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 215 after the word "means," the following:- "and transmitted to the members of the commonwealth's federal legislative delegation and the federal Office of Management and Budget".
