Class 2 Licensure

Mr. Crighton moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 3 the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 58 of chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 15 after the word “provisions;” the following:- “provided further, that no municipal licensing authority shall require a Class 1 licensee or license applicant to file a separate application for, or obtain and hold separately, a Class 2 license;”
