Berlin IT Upgrades

Ms. Kennedy moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2C, in item 1100-2518 by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Berlin for IT upgrades” ; and by striking out the figure “$150,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$150,050,000”.
