IT upgrades

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2C, in item 1100-2518, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Boxford for upgrades to its information technology infrastructure; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of North Reading for upgrades to its information technology infrastructure; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the city of Newburyport for upgrades to its information technology infrastructure"; and by striking out the figure "$150,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$150,450,000".
