Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 1A, in proposed section 15AAAAAAA of chapter 6, as inserted by amendment 3, by striking out the words “June 12” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “May 22”; and

in section 63, by striking out, in line 402, the words “for 1 day” and inserting in the place thereof the following words:- for not less than 1 day”; and

in section 112, in proposed section 16 of chapter 115 of the General Laws, by adding the following sentence:- “The executive office of veterans’ services shall promulgate rules and regulations to carry out this section.”.
