Tax Credit Grace Period for Employers Hiring Veterans

Messrs. O'Connor and Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 18 the following section:-

“SECTION 18A. Said subsection (u) of said section 6 of said chapter 62, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 1119, the words “the day” and inserting in place thereof the following words: - six months after.”; and

by inserting after section 19 the following section:-

“SECTION 19A. Said section 38GG of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 13, the words “the day” and inserting in place thereof the following words: - six months after.”.
