Sliding Scale Property- Tax abatements for disabled veterans

Messrs. Tarr, Timilty and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 99 after the word "charter," the following words:- "; provided that the exemption may be to the amount of the percentage equal to the percentage of the veteran's permanent, service-connected disability as determined by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs".
