Massachusetts Clean Energy Center Addition to Mission

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end the following:-

"SECTION X. Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 23J Section 2 is hereby amended by inserting after the words "stimulating the creation and development of new clean energy ventures" in subsection (a)(iii) the following:- ", including such technologies as microgrids,".
