Equitable Investment in Environmental Justice Communities

Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Payano and Eldridge move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 5, in proposed section 29 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, by adding the following sentence:- “Annually, not later than July 30, the office shall submit a report to the executive office of energy and environmental affairs and the clerks of the senate and house of representatives that compiles data regarding the proportion of benefits attributable to clean energy programs received by low and moderate income communities as defined in section 38EE of chapter 63.”
