Municipal Notification

Messrs. Keenan and Tarr and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting, in line 1352, after the word "shall" the following words:- "(i) provide notice to each municipality through which the pipeline is intended to pass and (ii) ".
