Deadline Relief

Messrs. Oliveira and Moore move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 21, in subsection 22 (d), by inserting the following words, at the end of the paragraph:- "Local governments may apply to the Director for relief from the deadlines provided in this section for good cause shown".
