Mr. Feeney, Ms. Edwards, Messrs. Pacheco and Eldridge, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Collins and Keenan, Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Brady, Mark, Timilty, Velis, Payano, O'Connor, Oliveira, Moore, Gomez, Cronin, Montigny, Kennedy and Lewis, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Fattman, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Rush move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out section 11 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

"SECTION 11. Said section 22 of said chapter 25, as so amended, is hereby further amended by adding, in line 7, after the words “organized labor” the following:- “appointed by the President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO”."
