Messrs. Finegold and Pacheco move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 57 by striking, in lines 861 and 862, the words "large clean transmission and distribution infrastructure facilities, small clean transmission and distribution infrastructure facilities and"; and

by striking, in lines 863 and 864, the words "advanced transmission technologies, grid enhancement technologies, non-wires or".
