Updating MLP Clean Energy Standards

Mr. Gomez, Ms. Edwards, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Miranda, Mr. Pacheco, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Payano, Ms. Rausch and Ms. Comerford move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 84 the following section:-

“SECTION 84A. Chapter 8 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out sections 34 and 112.”
