Renewable energy production technologies

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 74 the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 74A_. Subsection (l) of section 139 of said chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 210, the words “such solar”.

SECTION 74B_. Said subsection (l) of said section 139 of said chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “each”, in lines 218 and 221, each time it appears, the following words:- the solar”.
