Off-Peak Charging
Mr. Keenan and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 2058 by striking the words "including, but not limited to, off-peak charging rate structures" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "; establish off-peak charging rebates available both to right-of-way or pole-mounted charging and residential and fleet chargers not in the public right-of-way that incorporate values for avoided energy and capacity costs, avoided transmission costs, avoided distribution costs, improved grid reliability, capacity benefits in the form of demand induced price reduction effects, avoided greenhouse gas emissions and public health benefits, which are also available to residential and fleet customers charging at residential and commercial locations not in the right-of-way".
