Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 7, in the proposed second paragraph of section 12N of chapter 25 of the General Laws, by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:- “The dashboard shall include location information by municipality on all petitions approved by the energy facilities siting board pursuant to section 69H chapter 164, including, but not limited to, the municipality for which the petition was approved, whether the approved facility is located in an environmental justice community and the type of facility approved.”
