Grandfathering Clause

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Any project for which proper permit applications has made prior to the effective date of this act, shall not be required to initiative any new permitting activities pursuant to the provisions of this act."
