Cost/Benefit of alternatives to gas

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 46, by inserting after the word “service”, in line 721, the second time it appears, the following words:- “, which shall include consideration of cost”; and in section 76, by inserting after the word “substitutes”, in line 1513, the following words:- “, with consideration of the cost of such substitutes,”.
