Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 78, the words “state government including the executive, legislative and judicial branches,” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “the executive branch, the legislative branch, the judicial branch”;

In section 2, by striking out, in line 122, the words “at no-cost”; and

In section 3 by inserting after the word “actions”, in line 168, the following word:- “to”.
