Small Business Exemption Threshold

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in lines 69 and 70, by striking out the words “1 store location of not more than 4,000 square feet of retail selling space and not more than 10 employees, and which provided not more than 10,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “3 store locations of not more than 4,000 square feet of retail selling space and not more than 15 employees, and which provided not more than 20,000”.
