Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 6, in lines 202 and 203, by striking out the words “and 11 additional persons to be appointed by the chair, 1 of whom shall be a packaging producer or retailer” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “and 12 additional persons to be appointed by the chair, 1 of whom shall be a packaging producer, 1 of whom shall be a retailer”.
