Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2, by inserting after the word “to”, in line 136, the following words:- “the clerks of the senate and house of representatives,”; and

in section 5, by inserting after the word “to”, in line 186, the following words:- “the clerks of the senate and house of representatives,”.
