Annual Reporting

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end the following section:-

"SECTION X. The Department of Environmental Protection shall report annually to the Clerks of the House and Senate, as well as the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, on the increased rates of recycling as attributed to the actions taken forth in this bill."
