Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Eldridge, Payano and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0081, by inserting after the phrase “for first-time homebuyers and social and economically disadvantaged individuals” the following:- “in a gateway municipality as defined in Section 3A of Chapter 23A or in the city of Boston”.
