Relative to Housing Production in the City of Gloucester

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1953, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the city of Gloucester for workforce development and affordable housing purposes"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$2,000,000".
