Intermunicipal Water connections in the Ipswich River Watershed

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1953, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for planning and design of water infrastructure interconnections between municipalities and other public water suppliers affected by the Ipswich river watershed to support current and future housing stocks"; and by striking out the  figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$4,000,000".
