Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended in Section 2A, in item 7004-0074; by adding after the word "plan", the following: “provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be allocated to the modernization and retrofit of the state-assisted Gallivan Apartments in the Mattapan section of the City of Boston”
