Redevelopment of Salem Superior Court & County Commissioner's Building

Ms. Lovely moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1953, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the city of Salem for the redevelopment of the former historic Salem superior court and county commissioner's building for mixed use development and affordable housing"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$3,500,000".
