Eliminating Credit Barriers in Workforce Housing

Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-4784, after the word "equity" the following:- "provided further, that the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency in consultation with the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities shall develop eligibility criteria within the Workforce Housing Initiative that provides preference to proposals submitted with elimination of credit screening in tenancy selection."
