UMass Boston's Manning College

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, item 7002-0026, by adding the following words:- “; provided, that not less than $80,000,000 shall be expended for expansion of the Manning College of Nursing & Health Sciences facilities at the University of Massachusetts Boston”; and by striking out the figure “$225,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$305,000,000”.
