Messrs. Collins and Eldridge, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. O'Connor and Payano move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, item 1599-1016, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended for capital costs related to the construction of the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute's Center for Healing, Teaching and Learning for families and communities throughout the Commonwealth impacted by murder, trauma, grief and loss”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$3,500,000”.
